I am a passionate, creative, and purpose-driven young woman who believes that every opportunity to learn brings me closer to becoming the woman I am destined to be. I enjoy using creativity and technology to solve problems, inspire others, and make a positive impact wherever I go.

My friends gave me the name “Empress Claudia” because of my determination, resilience, and the confidence they see in me. To me, Empress Claudia is more than a name it represents a woman of vision, strength, grace, and purpose who never stops striving for excellence while remaining humble and compassionate.

I am kind-hearted, hardworking, and always willing to learn. I genuinely enjoy helping people and believe that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. Emotionally, life’s experiences have made me stronger, more understanding, and more determined to become the best version of myself.

Like everyone, I have my strengths and weaknesses. One of my greatest strengths is that I never give up easily. On the other hand, I can be hot-tempered, especially when someone underestimates me or judges me unfairly because of my gender or without truly knowing my abilities. However, I am learning to respond with wisdom, patience, and emotional maturity instead of reacting with anger.

This mentorship program has had a positive impact on my life. It has broadened my mindset, strengthened my confidence, and inspired me to keep growing, learning, and becoming a better version of myself every day.

How has LIFT impacted your journey?

Before I joined LIFT Initiative Anambra, I had dreams, but I wasn’t always sure how to turn them into reality. LIFT became more than just a program it became a place where I discovered my potential, found my voice, and gained the confidence to believe in myself.

Through the mentorship program, I learned that true leadership begins with service, integrity, and the courage to keep growing. My mentors didn’t just teach me; they challenged me to think bigger, dream boldly, and believe that my background would never limit my future.

The skills I gained have transformed the way I see opportunities. From personal development and communication to digital and creative skills, every lesson has equipped me to create value, solve problems, and make a meaningful impact in my community.

Most importantly, LIFT changed my mindset. It taught me that success is not just about achieving personal goals but about lifting others as you rise. Today, I am more confident, more resilient, and more intentional about the future I am building.

LIFT Initiative Anambra has not only impacted my journey it has reshaped it. It has given me purpose, direction, and the courage to become the best version of myself. For that, I will always be grateful.
